Dato' Steven Tee started his early business career in the automotive industry. Under his entrepreneurship, the Group's trading and manufacturing division ventured into the dealings of HONDA cars, distribution of motor vehicle spare parts and accessories, the sale and financing of used cars, the manufacturing of automotive component parts and the provision of maintenance services for motor vehicles.

In the early 1990s, Dato' Steven Tee ventured into the property construction business and subsequently spearheaded the Group's entry into township development activities, now the core business of the Group. His multifaceted experience is a pillar of strength to Acmar and his clear vision for the Group sets the direction for the future.

Mr. Johnson K. H. Tee, ASA, PJK, JP
(Group Executive Director)

Mr. Johnson K.H Tee was appointed the Group Executive Director in 1983. His expertise in financial mergers and acquisitions has made him a valuable asset to the Group. It was his persistence, business acumen and unwavering spirit that helped the Group survive the recession in the 80's and again in the late 90's. While other companies suffered, the Group's turnover steadily grew.

Mr. Johnson Tee's strength in financial matters has helped propel the group into the forefront of the Malaysian Business arena. Mr. Johnson Tee will ensure that Acmar continuous to play a pivotal role in the property and construction market.

Dato' Mustapha Abd. Hamid, DSNS, DNS, PPT
(Director)

YBhg. Dato' Mustapha Abd. Hamid was appointed director on 10 December 1998. A graduate of the Royal Military College in 1972, he went on to obtain an Honors Degree in Social Science from Universiti Sains Malaysia in 1977.

He also holds a Diploma in Public Administration from the National Institute of Public Administration in 1978. He started his career as the 'Pegawai Perkhidmatan Tadbir & Diplomatik' in the Prime Minister's Department. In the course of his service, he was posted as First Secretary of the Malaysian High Commission to Paris, France from 1982-1985, and also as a Consul at the Malaysian Consulate in Medan, Indonesia from 1990-1993.

On his return from his posting, he was appointed of Senior Assistant Director in the Prime Ministers Department. He resigned from the public service in 1994 after 15 years, to enter the corporate world.

Mr. David Tee

Mr. David Tee was appointed Director for Acmar Auto Parts (M) Sdn Bhd, KYH Trailer Parts (M) Sdn Bhd & Yamamoto Industries Sdn Bhd. He has more than 32 years of experience in the spare parts and accessories Industries. His friendly attitude has won him a great respect from his staffs.

Mr. Johnny Tee Kim Cheong

Mr. Johnny Tee was appointed Director on 1^st January 1993. With more than 10 years of experience in the property development sector, he possesses the drive, enthusiasm and managerial skills to manage his team to benefit both company and customers.

Mohammad Khairul Dato' Abd. Samad, PJK
(Director)

Mr. Muhammad Khairul was appointed Group Director on 1^st February 1991. His expertise in the automotive industry has made him a reputable and trusted dealer of Honda cars in the Klang Valley under the Group’s Division- Actmar Sdn. Bhd.

His strength in business has also contributed to the company’s aggressive growth over the years. He is responsible for expanding business opportunities to international shores in line with the company’s vision of making Acmar International a world class organization.
