4	Sales & Marketing	Executive - Sales	Executive	Diploma / Degree in Business or equivalent. Fluent spoken in English.
5	Sales Admin	Senior Executive - Sales Admin	Executive	Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. Minimum 4 years working experience in Property Development.
6	Sales Admin	Executive - Sales Admin	Executive	Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. Minimum 2 years working experience in Property Development.
7	Project	Head of Operations	Manage	Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 8 years experience in Property Development & involve in Sales & Marketing.

9	Project	Senior Quantity Surveyor	Executive	Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent. Minimum 4 years working experience in Construction industry
