The company has built a succession
of townships which include KOSAS, Sg. Choh
and Ampang New Village. Just within the
Klang Valley itself, the Group has more
than RM800 million worth of projects in
the pipeline. Bandar Baru Klang will be
its biggest project to date. The impressive
RM8 million Wisma TLT and RM10 million Menara
Acmar in Klang was also completed by its
own workforce using the latest technology.
Despite of economic downturn, the company
still able to complete RM122 million projects
since 2001. The on-going projects is worth
RM61 million and have future projects of
RM406 million in the next 3 years.
