MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating and implementing effective marketing programmed and strategies to meet Group's sales objectives.
- Assist in conducting market surveys to keep abreast of marketing trends and pricing.
- Liaise with advertising agencies to develop appropriate marketing collaterals in line with Group's marketing concepts.
- Assist in preparation of sales and marketing activities.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT INDUSTRY is required for this position.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

SALE EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Responsible in the sales of assigned projects and/or properties including proposing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet the Group¡¦s sales objectives.
- Monitor and track sales processes effectively to close sales within the stipulated period.
- Assist purchaser in obtaining end financing and to arrange for necessary documents to be executed by the Purchasers with the Group¡¦s panel of lawyers.
- Prepare sales reports to be submitted to Immediate Superior on regular basis.
- Support marketing team in the implementation of marketing programs.
- Attend to all matters pertaining to sales from initial enquiry to execution of documents.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by Superior from time to time.
Requirement:
- Minimum SPM holders, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT INDUSTRY is required for this position.

FINANACE MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Financial accounting and monthly management reports.
- Financial budgets monitoring - company performance against budget.
- Project accounting - monthly cost and profit report (by projects).
- Project budgets - monitoring and report on the performance against budget.
- Tax planning - projections, revisions and payments.
- Bank facilities management.
- Accounting for Accounts Receivable (AR), credits controls, aging reports and analysis.
- Collections projections.
- Experience in reviewing, improving and formalizing accounting process, and organizing systems audit preferred.
Requirement:
- Candidate should possess relevant Diploma and/ or Professional Degree.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.

Responsibilities:
- Providing secretarial support; mainlyadministrative and clerical support.
- Coordinate, verify and monitor the progress onmultiple projects and the operations of theCompany.
- Work closely with respective HODs in reports,documentation and operations of their individualdepartments/projects.
- Writing minutes of meetings as and whenrequired.
